Janet Sullivan is a certified executive leadership coach, facilitator, HR and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leader with 25 years of experience enhancing the performance and well- being of individuals, teams and organizations. She has served as a trusted advisor in her role as head of Human Resources for multiple organizations in financial services, technology, and nonprofit agencies. Janet has delivered impactful training sessions on a wide range of leadership development and DEI topics for nonprofits, law firms, media and technology firms. Janet served as a member of the senior leadership team for North Carolina’s Department of Health and Human Services as head of Human Capital, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Janet is also an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Institute of Transformational Leadership program.

Janet works with both individuals and teams to:

She is driven by a natural curiosity of what is possible, untapped and unexplored in the leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion realm.
