Janet Sullivan is a certified leadership coach, facilitator, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) leader with over 20 years of experience enhancing the performance and well-being of individuals, teams and organizations.
Our Approach

We meet them where they are at and develop action plans to address real-time challenges impacting the individual’s leadership potential and/or the organization’s potential. We offer tools and practices grounded in evidence-based leadership development and diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism research.
