We specialize in a range of services for the unique needs of law firms to develop and nurture talent at all levels.

We specialize in cohort-based leadership development programs for attorneys to thrive and advance to the next level, for example, training and coaching junior associates as they navigate early legal practice, supporting mid-level associates who aspire to become Counsel, or working with Counsel as they prepare to become partners. 

 

We run new hire programs for law firms (whether for new attorneys or laterals) to support their entry into the workplace culture, norms and practices of the firm, and then check in with them at their one year anniversary to review their journey. 

 

Our summer and fall associate programs provide facilitation and training to help new associates become accustomed to shifting from law school to the realities of law firms and the working world. 

 

1:1 executive leadership coaching and group coaching for partners, practice members, counsel, attorneys and business leaders is a mainstay of our offerings, so that learning, reflection and growth can happen within the confidential coaching process.

 

Our cohort based training for Learning Circles within law firms bring together people at similar levels of experience and who have similar needs for shared learning, networking, mentoring, and growth.

 

Business leaders and staff play a critical role in helping law firms to run effectively. We offer cohort based training and coaching to help these business leaders and staff achieve strong, sustainable and healthy work practices and behaviors.

 

We speak regularly at law firm practice retreats and legal sector conferences on issues related to leadership, workplace cultures, and developing sound professional behaviors.
