Planted’s work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, practical/experiential learning, and meeting people wherever they are in their journey. We build capacity via confidential 1:1 coaching sessions; support organizations going through evolution and change; and assist these organizations to set and reach achievable goals. We have experience in international development, HR, organizational development, change management, cross-cultural communications, strategic communications, and law. We are also all certified executive leadership coaches.
